• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast served in the room is always included. During some periods of the year we propose also special offers on room only basis but at reservation we explane what is included and what is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment in cash is always due on arrival. Credit cards are accepted only to guarantee the resevation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish, French and a little bit of German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is on the first floor. No elevators, only 1 stair with few steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The 2 rooms have soundproofed windows, are spacious, bright and warm. Rooms are quiet and private.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Lines and towels are provided and changed during your stay if necessary.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Both rooms overlook a typical canal. One of them has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Because we do not smoke we ask our giests to refrain to do it as well. So we consider our B&B a NO SMOKING one.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are cable TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, on request we can provide a mobile phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, you can park your car in Piazzale Roma car terminal.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is International Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but from the airport it is possible to use the public shuttle service called Alilaguna and reach St.Mark's square in 1 hour and 10 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia is the closest station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St.Mark's square is a 2 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest station is Rialto. From there walk crossing San Bortolomeo square and take "sottoportico della Bissa" (subway) on the left of the square. Proceed along calle della Bissa until you reach the S. Antonio bridge. Head over the bridge and continue straight ahead to the end of salizada San Lio, then turn right and take the first street on the left, calle Casselleria. 5295 Alla casa sul canale is located inside the courtyard.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  St Mark's square stop is a 2 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Because this is an apartment without a garden we avoid to accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no modem connection.
