All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Breakfast is included in the price. Grand Continental breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if you want. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and there is no lift but we have a concierge service from 8 am to 10 pm. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all of them. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, there are no terraces but some rooms overlook the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, there are no balconies. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, but only superior rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

No, there is not but we have an agreement with a parking and they will give you discounts. - Where can we rent a car?

No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
