• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  An Italian buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Rnglish, German, Spanish, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is composed of a ground and a first floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quite, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Hotel has a private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  From the rooms it is possible to call outside with a direct line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are a couple of rent-a-car offices. We can help our guests with it.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Pickup is on request and for an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia is the only train station in Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There is a gondola station every 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  You must get off at San Silvestro waterbus station (catch line number 1).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxi always stops near the hotels.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. Some rooms have hydromassage bathtub.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortuantely not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can give you good suggestions on the restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but soon we will have wireless Internet connection.
