  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is per room.

  It is included and you can choose among croissants, bread with butter and jam, typical cakes, yoghurt and among coffee, tea and chocolate and orange juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the property there are only the ground floor and the first floor (10 steps), without the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  The water taxi speedboats is near the property and we can arrange it on request.

  No, there is not.

  No, sorry pets are not allowed.
