• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Double Room Standard, Triple Room Standard, Apartment Lusso, Apartment Piazza, Large Suite Standard, Quadruple Room Standard, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Apartment XXII Marzo, Apartment S. Severo, Apartment Marina, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes for the rooms. No the apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, Cash Payment required at the arrival for the apartments.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors are there in the building and we have not an elevator (lift) in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Is quiet area, private, the suite is our romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The suites have terrace. Apartments some have a terrace other courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The suites have terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. the rooms are provided with colour satellite TV, but not telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Not in the rooms. Yes in the apartment
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there are the municipal swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars are left.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 50 minutes with public boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 10 minutes with public boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  20m from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  100m from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  10m from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
