  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Indian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, but unfortunately we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a wireless LAN.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo is the nearest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have it yet.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  It is just in front of our hotel: but be careful, gondula is very expensive!
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Ferrovia is the nearest one.

  No, there is not.
