• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you must pay the balance 2-3 days before your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff has very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building of the apartment San Giobbe there are 4 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The bedrooms in apartment Agli Scalzi are very clean, welcoming, quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment Agli Scalzi have two smalls terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the apartment Agli Scalzi have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The apartment Agli Scalzi have the tv, but does not have satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The apartment Agli Scalzi have the telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The apartment Agli Scalzi have air conditioning and there is not any extra charge for this. Please note that the air conditioning is centralized, therefore is not adjustable directly from the guests (the period of use is limited from condominial rules).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The apartment Agli Scalzi have a small dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The apartment Agli Scalzi does not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated at 10 minutes walking.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At 15 minutes walking from the apartment there is a swimming pool which is open from 9.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. every day.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  The Apartment Agli Scalzi is situated at 5 minutes by public waterbus from the parkings in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Apartment Agli Scalzi is situated at 35 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport and is situated at 55 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The apartment does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to the apartment Agli Scalzi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 5 minute walking from the Apartment Agli Scalzi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated at 4 minute walking from the Apartment Agli Scalzi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Station is situated at 5 minutes walking from the Apartment Agli Scalzi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats is situated at 5 minute walking from Agli Scalzi Apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't a restaurant, but the apartment has a equipped kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not possible to surf the Internet from the apartment but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated just in front of the apartment Agli Scalzi.
