We made an appointment by e-mail to meet at vaporetto stop line 1 near Ferrovia at 15 pm. At the agreeed time the announced employee wasn't there. After half an hour we decided to take a look at the next stop of the vaporetto. And yes indeed the employee was waiting there for us.

We agreeed to leave the accommodation at 10 am (although the voucher mentioned 11 am).
