In case of cancellation during the 14 days previous the date of arrival we will charge the 50% of the total amount. In case of no-show or cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date we will charge the amount of the stay. ROOM PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE: the total amount will be charge at the moment of the reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
