• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rates are inclusive of breakfast, services and all taxes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Deutch, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1 floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are charming, quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two rooms have a romantic terrace with typical venetian canal view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No smoking hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each bedroom has its own direct telephone line.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms with individually air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the hotel you can find an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a pubblic swimming pool near the Hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The road terminal is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in P.le Roma (the road terminal), just 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 25 minutes from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A private water taxi can delivery our clients to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Hotel is within easy walking distance from rail terminal. (8 minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The Gondola Station is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The private water taxi can deliver the guest directly to the Hotel entrance..
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi is in front of the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
