 At Ai Carmini Residence you will find comfortable ambiances where to rest with your family enjoying both space and brightness. There are 7 apartments to choose among, displayed along the four storeys of the property. Bear in mind that in order to reach the different lodgings, you must take the stairs from the lobby on the ground floor. Basically there are three types of units at this complex: |
 Type A
In this case the apartment comprises a double bedroom (where you may add an extra bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room furnished with sofa beds and a bathroom with antechamber.
Apartment Canaletto (1st floor) is decorated in shades of burgundy, with views on Fondamenta del Soccorso street and the gardens of what used to be the Cloister of the Carmini. |
Apartment Carpaccio (2nd floor) has bedspreads in gold that go perfectly with the pastel hues everywhere, and it features a typical Venetian fireplace; finally.
Apartment Tiziano (3rd floor) is gifted with a charming panorama from the windows of the bedroom and the living room, as you can admire the canal, the rooftops of the city and the Carmini bridge close by. |
 Type B
A hall is added to the facilities described for Type A at these three apartments.
The one on the 1st floor is Apartment Tintoretto, which is really modern with simple lines and views on the canal and the Cloister of the Carmini. |
Apartment Giorgione (2nd floor) is perhaps the most refined unit, sporting wooden beams and a marble colonnade.
Apartment Bellini (3rd floor) enjoys a unique panorama from its windows, as you can admire the church of the Carmini and the little typical houses of Dorsoduro. |
 Type C
The last apartment of Ai Carmini Residence, Apartment Vivarini, is placed on the attic of the property (4th floor), in what used to work as an artist`s atelier. You will find it on the east side of the construction, with a wonderful panoramic terrace where you must get the first snapshots of your holiday. This unit comprises a hall, a kitchenette, a double bedroom where you may add a bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining-room and a bathroom.
The equipment available at any of the apartments in Ai Carmini consists of kitchen, fridge, electric hotplates, heating and air conditioning, connection to Internet, safe and hairdryer. |
