• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has just one floor, there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace, just view on the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony just very big windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes one room is non smoking, do ask upon reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV in all rooms, no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning without any charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are two internet point at two minutes by walking from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma, 8 minutes by walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo, Venice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia in Venice, 5 minutes by walking from Train station
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  5 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  30 metres from the hotel there is Crea stop, for all bus the nearest is at the train station, 5 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We can call the taxi service (extra service) which arrives just outside the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants near the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
