  The building has 2 floors and is provided with an

  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No,they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms, too.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all room are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room has a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are fitted with air-conditioning included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not in the property but the municipal swimming pool is at 1 km far away us.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not in the property but we can offer to our guests a discount agreement for parking in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venezia "Marco Polo" (about 15 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Venezia S.Lucia".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is "S.Marcuola".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" stations are "Madonna dell'Orto" and "S.Marcuola".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  There is a Water Taxi Speedboats station just in front of the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not a fitness center in the property but you can find one in the surroundings.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No,there is not but have an agreement with a typical Venetian Osteria very close to us.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from the room with your own laptop.
