• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The guest can pay the bill on arrival and on departure too.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel is at the first and unique floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have rooms with view on the Canal Grande (romantic) and some rooms with view on a calm garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace, only windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Only non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV but no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air-conditioning in the rooms, but only in summer time, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Only public car parking in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The guests can rent a car in the Office in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport is the nearest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, only public shuttle.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S. Lucia Tarin Station is the nearest and the only one in Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Gondola Station is very frequent on the main way to reach Rialto Bridge, S. Marco Square, Accademia Bridge etc.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Station is in front of S. Lucia Station, or in front of Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Speedboats is in fron of Piazzale Roma, facing the Canal Grande.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome in our hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
