• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 1pm and from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included and it is served at the bar "Grecia & Oriente", next to the our bed and breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors in the building and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. Our suite on the second floor for example has a marvellous view on the Venetian Canal and you can admire the Gondola Promenade.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towel are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in the rooms and in the living room but no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, they do not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we do have air conditiong in every room at no extra cost.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not at the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not but there are several nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the bus terminal, only two minutes' walk from our property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but it can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice's Santa Lucia is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest gondula pier is only a couple of minutes away from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest stop is Piazzale Roma, located at about 5 minutes from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We are just a few metres away from a pier. You can get right at the entrance of our bed and breakfast with a private water-taxi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
