No one was available to greet us, however we were very early. My answer to the above question is not a criticism.
We arrived by Cruise Ship and the directions were not very helpful, although I do admit that the city is somewhat confusing initially.

We truly enjoyed the location, close to many good eateries and central to transit, the train station and the Vaporettas, which was very important to us. The room was very comfortable and kept very clean.

Very simple, all we did was drop the key in the mail box. We had paid up front.

I must say that the Breakfast portion of the the deal is somewhat limited, not sure how you would approach that on the site, but i did expect a bit more of a selection.

I would describe it as a very clean and quaint b&b, very reasonably priced for Venice. Would also tell them that its very conveniently located to public transit and many options for eating, from quick or pizzas to more fulesome sit down meals.

Maurico was a true gentleman who went out of his way to introduce us to the owner of a quaint tratoria down the street, where we were well taken care of and left with very full bellies and smiles on our faces.

If you want a quiet place, in a great location, this is your best bet.

The B&B is not marked very clearly so we had some difficulty in finding the place.But the person at the reception was clear about the facilities, price, checkout time etc and was around to welcome us the property at the stated time.

The accommodation was as stated and well serviced.Location is quite convenient if you need to catch the early morning bus to Marco Polo/Treviso.Though near the bus station, the B&B itslef is in a quite area.Would surely recommend this place for anyone looking for a short stay in Venice.
