• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. If you would like to have breakfast served in your room with an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel is on four floors and in two wings.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a balcony or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some De Luxe have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some De Luxe.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included in room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is the municipal swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can ask at the reception desk for a discount-voucher for parking at the garage "S. Marco" at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport, in Mestre or in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 1 hour by public transport - 30 minutes by private aircraft-taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 15 minutes by private taxi - 30 minutes by public transport.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  50 metres.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Less than 50 metres.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Santa Maria del Giglio - 50 metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
