- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, we do not serve breakfast, we offer a self catering apartment. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Payment of the balance on arrival by cash is requested. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and French spoken. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The apartment is located in the ground level. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, the apartment is very quiet and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, but the apartment does have four windows with canal view. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a cable TV with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a dining room for up to 6 guests. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. There is a notebook with Internet access at guests' disposal. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

No, the nearest parking is at Piazzale Roma. - Where can we rent a car?

The neareast waterbus is Ca' Doro, 5 minutes far from your apartment. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
We suggest to call them and organize the meeting at Cą D'Oro. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
