• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are provided with Sound-Proofing. Although Venice is traffic-free, much attention has been given to the traquility of the bedrooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they have a terrace that overlooks St. Mark's Square.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  20% of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite Tv in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra charge and it's available all year round.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice airport. We also have an help desk where you can ask information about rentals and excursions.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport is about 30 minutes away by water taxi and about 1 hour by public boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S. Lucia railway station is about 15 minutes away by taxi and about 30 minutes by public boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Right outside our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" is number 15 in St. Mark's Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Right outside our Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
