• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 10.00pm, Check Out before 11am. For later check in contact us in advace.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. It is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors - no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. Direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In most rooms we have got individual AC without extra fee. Please ask for a room with AC if it is important for you!
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not at the hotel. Nearby, there are public indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Your car can be parked in our car park - free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 50 min. by public boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 30 minutes by public boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  10 min. by public boat lines.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  10 minutes walk from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  2 min. by walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, if they are wellbehaving.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is the possibility to connect your modem in the rooms.
