• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included (bread, jam, honey, butter, croissant, coffee or cappuccino or chocolate or tea). A large selection of extras are at disposal.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes , you can but usually we don't ask our guests to pay in advance.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has four floors and we have an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms overlooking the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they haven't. There is a common terrace on the 4th floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they haven't apart from one.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air-conditioning included in the price and it's seasonal, according to Italian law.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, not yet, but there is an Internet Café at 5 minutes' walk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The only place you can park is Piazzale Roma at the entrance of the town, where there are many garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Marco Polo". On the mainland.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We provide private transfers to Marco Polo and Treviso airports (at extra cost).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia S.Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is at 2 minutes' walk from the hotel, in front of the entrance to Accademia Galleries.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station is Accademia (2 minutes' walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest station is at St. Mark's Square.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome both in hotel and restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from the room with your own laptop.
