• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 8.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish, a bit of German and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quite, private and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In a short future we will have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone but without direct line. Our guests have to call the reception for having the line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms and it is seasonal and included in the room price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet point close the Hotel (150 meters).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. Our guests have to park their car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many "rent a car" in Piazzale Roma (5 minutes on foot from Hotel) and we can provide for this service.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport is the nearest airport but also Treviso airport is not far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there is a Blue bus that in 20 minutes reaches the historical centre of Venice.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearests Gondula station are San Tomà or Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) is San Tomà and Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearesst water taxi station is 20 meters far from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not in the property, but there is a "Wellness centre" close to the Hotel (5 minutes walking distance). We can reserve for you massages, UVA lamps and body treatments.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are but please inform us before your arrival.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we can suggest you many restaurants close to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
