Everything fine despite late arrival

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was very pleasant, clean and the staff were very friendly. We believe we got excellent value for money and will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Good value. Room was comfortable, well supplied and attractive. We were uncertain about the neighborhood so close to the train station but it was attractive, busy and active. The walking distance from the station is a big plus.

The woman who checked us out was unable to work the credit card machine. She seemed unfamiliar with the instructions. She was excitable but not rude and we finally figured it out together.

Very convenient location for the train. The map provided was not detailed enough to use and we just trusted the step by step directions provided.

I would recommend it as a very good value with local color.

Dreadful breakfast. Instant (lukewarm) coffee which I don't expect in England and certainly not in Italy. The room was dark and rather depressing and had a leaking roof for two nights. Breakfast was served right outside the door and so it was rather noisy in the morning.
