Very straightforward and easy.

Although, I have said that the hotel wasn't exactly how it seemed to be shown on the net, that's not exactly true. The pictures were accurate but things looked to be more spacious. However, I do understand that the geographical location of the hotel meant that it was the 'norm'. The room was clean and comfortable if a bit small. the Breakfast was nice and the staff very polite.

The bath-room was very old and far from clean.Renovation is realy needed.

being in a narrow alley sound echoed and bacame loud in the room. This was only noticeable in the early morning and wasn't a serious problem

Once close to the location of the hotel it is well signposted from the adjoining thoroughfares.
Having a hand held shower was not as relaxing as one would like after a hard day's sightseeing.

Gave the impression of being Italian in style and furnishings so at least you felt you were in a foreign country.

We had been to Venice before, therefore finding the hotel was not as difficult. However, if this would have been our first time in Venice, it would have been MOST difficult to find it. The hotel's name is lost amongst all the other signs near by. I would suggest that you mention a specific landmark such as 50 meters from Rialto, to the right or left from the Vaporetto stop, adjacent to a restaurant?, etc.

Excellent location, very spacious bathroom. adequate room size and furnishings, and room was overall quiet with the windows closed. Breakfast service can be improved (attendant was not very corteous). The coffee was not good and may have to wait a while to get a cup of cappuccino.
