  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    A very rich breakfast buffet is included in the price. The breakfast buffet consists in: warm and hot drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), plum-cakes, fruit juices, bread, several kinds of marmalades, honey, butter, cheese, corn-flakes and free scrumbled eggs.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Our staff has very wide experience in hotel business and speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Hotel All'Angelo consists in 5 floors with lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The bedrooms are very clean, welcoming, quiet, private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The rooms do not have a terrace, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into at any time.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Hotel All'Angelo has smoking and non smoking bedrooms, the guests just have to let us known their preference and we will accomodate them in the rooms they prefer.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All of our rooms have satellite TV with international channels and Pay per View.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is free air conditioning in all rooms during the summer season.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not. There is an Internet point just a few minutes walk from the Hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No. Parking is available only in Piazzale Roma.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Piazzale Roma.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Marco Polo airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No free shuttle service. Taxi of the Hotel available on request.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest train station is Venezia - Santa Lucia station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The nearest gondola station is located just a few minutes walking.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest "Vaporetto" station is San Marco located 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    We have private landing for water taxi speedboats.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are allowed only if small and on request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The property has 3 restaurants (All'Angelo, Canonica and La Grotta) well known and appreciated for a long time and offer a good variety of dishes ranging from the most typical to the international ones in order to satisfy all clients' needs.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
