• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian breakfast is included in the rates.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if needed.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The buildings has 3 floors, but no elevators. Steps are steep, so elderly people may have a difficulty with this.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, private and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our accommodation are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the Alloggi there are satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have the phone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are fully air conditioned at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, parking is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma by International Rent Car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Marco Polo - Tessera and San Giuseppe - Treviso.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but you can take the Alilaguna for arrival in Venice or we can call the taxi by payment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Nenezia S.Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The Gondula station for visit all the Grand Canal is in Rialto, 5 minutes from the Alloggi. From the Gondula station you cross the Rialto Bridge and go straight on to have the Grand Canal on your right; at the end must turn left, 50 mt c.a. and you are arrived.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" (Pubblic Transport) stations are in Rialto (5 minutes to the Alloggi), cross the Rialto bridge, go straight on and have the Grand Canal on your right. At the end of the "Calle" you must turn left, 50 mt. c.a. and you are arrived.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station is in Rialto near the Vaporetto Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all the rooms have internet connection.
