 Alloggi Barbaria is located in the pleasant and quiet neighbourhood of Castello, it gives you the opportunity to stay in the real Venice, at only ten minutes walk from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, at few steps from the huge basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, a monumental church, wonderful example of early Gothic style. Was located here, since about 1650, a convent of nuns called Cappuccine, shut down in 1810 as a result of the Napoleonic laws. |
