• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian, of course.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only ground floor and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all rooms but with national channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in some of our rooms. It is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest parking is at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma or Marco Polo airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport (12 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice S.Lucia railway station (1 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is at S.Marcuola station (400 m).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest waterbus station is "S.Marcuola" (400 m).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboat station is at S.Marcuola, 400 m far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is plenty of dining facilities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
