Great location, a little off of the main traffic area and therefore a bit quieter. Very clean.
I have already recommended it to friends travelling to Venice.

There was no toilet seat(broken by previous guest)when we arrived. Replacement not fitted untill day before we left. It didn't affect our stay, but it did let the hotel down. The location of the hotel is good being outside the main tourist areas, providing easy access to all sites and transport. Would consider staying again although the none inclusion of breafast does put up the price per night cost by about 10/15 euros.

Nice,clean and friendly hotel in quiet area of Venice within walking distance of railway station. Ideal for all site seeing, wining and dining, shopping.

The property was better than in the web site because we get the better room.
Meillä kävi hyvä tsäkä hotellihuoneen suhteen. Kun saavuimme hotelliin respa kertoi meille että saamme something speciale ja tämä tarkoitti että emme majoittuneet hotelliin vaan 3 h + k huoneistoon. Cannareggio on kiva alue, mukavia kuppiloita, kauppoja jne.

Would have like a private bathroom inside the room instead of (although it was still private) at the end of the hall.

Compared to all the accommodation on this trip - 70 Euro was by far the most expensive accommodation. All other accommodation (Florence 60E, Paris 60E, Prague 40E, Rome 60E – all located in city centre) included a private on-suite, TV, mini bar as well as breakfast.
