Facilities within the Property

 
Our residence offers you great privacy in the form of five individual apartments located in a very nice neighborhood where noble Venetians have their homes. It is situated at about 20 meters from Santo Stefano church. The owner and the staff will be delighted to welcome you and to help you during your stay. Maps ad information are always available to make easier your stay in Venice.
 

We will be delighted to organise gondola rides, cooking classes, art classes, private guides and transport, concerts and to suggest exceptional restaurants as well as help you to organize a birthday party, wedding, or other special events.
 

On request, we can organise a pick up service from the airport, at an extra charge. A kitchen is available in the apartments, if you want to prepare something good for you and your friends. Our apartments are equipped with all modern facilities, such as private bathroom and air conditioning.

Almaviva Residence is situated at about 20 meters from Santo Stefano church, one of the most beautiful in the city with a canal under its altar. Within a ten minute stroll, you can visit historical attractions such as the Accademy of Great Arts (a 2 min stroll), which sits behind the Accademia bridge, the Peggy Guggenheim collection (a 4 min stroll), Rialto bridge and the famous Rialto shopping district, Fortuny museum (a 2 min stroll) San Marco square and Doges Palace. Many good restaurants are available in the area, so that you will have the pleasure to taste the local cuisine with its typical dishes. If you come to Venice you can not miss to taste the fish!
