- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 1pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per romm. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
It is not included. We have a well furnished kitchen in the apartments or just downstairs there are few bars with very good croissant and great cappuccino. - Is heating included in the price?
No. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, Italian, German, French and Polish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are three floors, but we do not have an elevator, but there is the possibility to have a room on the grand floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There are very quiet and private rooms. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not have. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, the rooms on the first floor have a very nice balcony on the square. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do have non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV in the rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is and there is no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we have wi fi connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
No, it is not available. - Where can we rent a car?
We can organise for you. The nearest agency is in Piazzale Roma, 20 min by water bus or a 15 strol. - Which is the nearest airport?
Venice Marco Polo. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do have on request. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Venice, Santa Lucia. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
Less than one minute from us. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
The nearest waterbus station is Sant' Angelo. San Samuele is also at 1 minute walking. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
Less than one minute. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Please, make a request but usually pets are very welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can: we have a line in all rooms but if you prefer we have also wi fi connection.
