 Almaviva Residence is our newest place, open in January 2006, in a privileged position in the historical heart of Venice. The apartments sit "hidden" in a little street next to Campo Santo Stefano, allowing our guests the luxury to stay in the historical center and yet avoiding the noise of the crowds. Our residence offers you great privacy in the form of five individual apartments located in a very nice neighborhood where noble Venetians have their homes. It is situated at about 20 meters from Santo Stefano church, one of the most beautiful in the city with a canal under its altar. |
Within a ten minute stroll, you can visit historical attractions such as the "Accademia delle Belle Arti", which sits behind the Accademia bridge, the Peggy Guggenheim collection, Rialto bridge and the famous Rialto shopping district, San Marco square and Doges Palace. |
 The ambiance is sophisticated, yet casual and warm, as if you are at a home away from home. The views are magnificent! You may choose to overlook one of Venice's most picturesque, quaint squares, or a view of a private garden or typical Venetian courtyard.
