• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. We serve a good continental breakfast with a small buffet with fruit salad, yogurth, corn flakes, jam, brioches, salami, "mortadella".
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, without a lift. We have a bell man who carries the luggage to the rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are very quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one superior room does have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms, because all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is available from May to end of September, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in piazzale Roma and we have a coupon to get a 10% discount on the rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest gondula station is a few steps away from the hotel, at the end of our street Ruga Giuffa.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest vaporetto station is San Zaccaria, just a few minutes walk from our street.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The private water taxi stop is in Campo Santa Marcia Formosa, the big square next our street Rugagiuffa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
