• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are per room, per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich continental breakfast made of chocolate, croissants, assorted jams, bread, yoghurts, fruit and hot drinks is served every morning in room or in the terrace.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the first floor of a building of three where there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet, romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are 2 common terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a cable TV without international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not but our guests can use the telephone in the reception upon request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but we do not need air conditioning because our rooms are very fresh and airy.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is not a dining room but can dine all together in the common terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  It is available on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, you can park your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the owners and they will call for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Venice Marco Polo2 (about 30 minutes from our B&B)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we fetch our guests from the boat stop of San Silvestro to our B&B.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Venice S.Lucia" (10 minutes walking distance).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are many canals around us where you can get off.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station is "San Silvestro".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi station is next to San Silvestro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not but you can surf the Internet from the rception.
