• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. The superior rooms have guaranteed view on the canal as for the standard rooms, they have view on the garden or on the inside court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The newly remodelled double superior rooms are all non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge. Usually from the 15th of June to the 15 Sept at hoteliers discretion.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Piazzale Roma, Main Venice parkings are just at 3 minutes walking distance from our hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport is at 15 km - 20 minutes ride in car or bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station is at 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Piazzale Roma is at 200 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Piazzale Roma is at 200 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi station is 100 meters away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in the newly remodelled double superior rooms.
