By car
The Al Sole hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Piazzale Roma garages. From Piazzale Roma proceed on foot towards the Papadopoli gardens and cross a bridge. After the bridge, proceed always straight ahead and pass a smallest second bridge. After this, turn immediately right proceeding along the Fondamenta dei Tolentini . Turn immediately left in Fondamenta Minotto (always leaving the canal on your right). Proceed straight ahead and you will find the hotel on your left hand side, right in front of Ponte Marcello .
By train
From Venice Santa Lucia train station, you can reach the hotel on foot in only 10 minutes. Exiting the station you will see on the left in front of you Ponte degli Scalzi (one of the three bridges that cross the Canal Grande ). Cross the bridge, turn immediately right and proceed coasting the Canal Grande . At the end of Fondamenta you will find another bridge. At half way of this you must be turn left in Fondamenta dei Tolentini . Proceed along Fondamenta dei Tolentini , leaving the canal always on the right. At the end of Fondamenta dei Tolentini , turn left in Fondamenta Minotto . Proceed straight ahead and you will find the hotel on your left hand, right in front of Ponte Marcello .
By airplane
From Venice Marco Polo airport, take a bus A.T.V.O. (blue bus) or a bus A.C.T.V. (orange bus) which leading you to Piazzale Roma in about 20 minutes. From there follow the indications above.
From Treviso airport take a blue bus which leading you in Piazzale Roma in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. From there follow the indications above. | | |
