• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast service, but there is a bar next to the hotel.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, superior rooms are very romantic, decorated in Venetian style and soundproofed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one superior room has a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Our superior rooms are equipped with Tv but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is only in the superior rooms and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is in "Rio Dei Santi Apostoli".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station is "Ca d'Oro".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi station is Rialto Bridge.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.

  Yes, the Restaurant "Al Vagon" is waiting for you!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
