The hotel is difficult to get to. We took a Water Taxi but still had a 5 minute haul with all our luggage. By Waterbus it would be worse. This is to be expected in Venice, but elederly or disabled or just unfit people would have a problem!

Excellent. A little bit out of the the Centre buit about a 20 minute walk down to St. Marcs on one of the world's great walks. Fairly quiet district but with loads of restaurants including Kosher nearby and easy access to waterbusses

When I arrived the gentleman at reception was somewhat confused by the voucher I presented. he did not seem to recognise it which was an anxious moment for me!
