• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday.

  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The languages spoken at the reception are English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors in the building: we have no lift.
  The rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor and the terrace and sitting room is on the third floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are romantic and the hotel is in a quiet position.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a private terrace. There is a common terrace on the 3rd floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have any balcony. Each room has 2 windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each room there is a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each room you can find a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is in all rooms and public areas and it is included in the price, during all seasons.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have no private garage; we have an agreement with a nearby public garage. Please enquire about parking when you make your reservation.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma, 30 minutes away by vaporetto transfer.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport is 1 hour by water taxi transfer.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Railway Station is 30 minutes by vaporetto transfer.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Vallaresso Gondula Station is 100 mt on foot.
