• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 p.m.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, we serve a hot buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spain, and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have a lift. The building has four floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Blue rooms has a wonderful view on the Gran Canal; all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Room 211 on the second floor has two little balconies facing the Gran Canal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite T.V. in all our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling in all our rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are air-conditioned and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No;but there are two parking at Piazzale Roma, two minutes from here by feet.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Two minutes from here by feet.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Royal Station just in front of the hotel, in the other side of the Gran Canal.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Gondola station just outside our entrance door.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Vaporetto Stations to all directions just on the other side of the Gran Canal.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Private water taxies arrive in front of our property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, from all our rooms our guests can connect their modem.
