  The price is per room.

  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV with international channels in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all the rooms without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, at your arrival we suggest to park the car at "Piazzale Roma", 30 minutes away from the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or at the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport in Venice is 45 minutes away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station is at 15 minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest gondula station is S.Tomà, 2 minutes away from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  S.Angelo is the nearest vaporetto stop and it is at 2 minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Down our Locanda there is a Waterdoor where you can get a Watertaxi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a tipycal Venetian restaurant close to the Locanda.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
