• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We provide a buffet breakfast, and it is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, and an elevator, suited for disabled people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Sure, they are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, thery haven't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and there is individual control air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, and it is for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Mestre train station, or at the airport.

  Marco Polo Venice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.

  Mestre train station. From there it takes seven minutes to the Hotel (Bus No 20 or 21).
