• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 5pm until 9pm.
  Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included but the apartment is equipped with coffee making facilities and all the necessary to prepare your own breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The whole apartment is located in the ground floor, lift is not necessary.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartment is equipped with its own private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer if people smoke only in the courtyard.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, national TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the apartment has a dining room with table and four chairs.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is useless in Venice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Ponte delle Guglie.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Tre Archi 50m by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Santa Lucia Train Station, but in Venice you can find it very easy.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many Venetian restaurants and kosher restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
