 The two apartments are classified of first category by the Province of Venice and they are settled on the third floor of a building with elevator, close to the house where the famous writer Goethe stayed. The friendly and qualified staff will take you from the meeting point to the apartment that you have chosen and will assist you with all your needs and questions. |
 Taxes (water, electricity, gas) are included in the price. If you wish to have breakfast in the apartment, you could ask the staff for this and they will arrange it for you (surcharge). For shopping of food and beverages, there are drugstores and souvenirs around the area. |
| The apartments are situated in a quiet area but surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés and souvenir shops, where you will find all types of dishes, from fish to pizza, and the unique "bacari" where you could have a glass of wine along the Grand Canal.
