• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You have to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the third floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of our apartments has the Venetian terrace "altana".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite television with the international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In each apartment there is dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can use the public parking in Venice or in Mestre.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo Airport in Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but we can reserve for you the watertaxi to and from the airport Marco Polo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  It is situated in Rialto or Bacino Orseolo at S. Mark's Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto are Rialto and Vallaresso.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi stop is in Rialto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but there are some Internet points near the apartments.
