  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room, per day.

  Continental Breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes on your request.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Second floor of a small venitian palace (22 steps).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All room our rooms are in old 700 venitaina style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  S.Andera is with a small terrace view garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, venetian balcony and windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We are a no smoking accommodation according europe law.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes witout extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Coming soon.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our guests has a discoun at Garage San Marco in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  "Piazzale Roma".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there are public services.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  "S. Sofia", 2 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  from Ca' D'Oro Museum (water bus stop number 1 or N arriving from P.le Roma Terminal or the Santa Lucia Railway Station) and from F.te Nuove (Alilaguna blu line water bus stop arriving from Marco Polo airport), two minutes of romantic walk print our map please.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?

  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but we suggest Trattoria da Alberto and others close to us.
