• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You have to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and a bit of Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments, that are in the same building, are set on the different floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor with a total of 35 stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The building is situated in a quiet area.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the apartment on the ground floor has a small terrace where you can eat outside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartments there is a TV but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and there is not any extra charge to pay. You can use the air conditioning from June till September.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is only in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma where you will find a lot of companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is in St.Mark Square or behind St. Marks Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is S.Zaccaria or Arsenale. If you have heavy luggage, it is better to get off at Arsenale station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water taxi station is in S. Marks Square.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, it is not possible.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but near the apartment you will find all types of restaurant that you want.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
