• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per 2 persons and includes the final cleaning service.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. Only on request to the reception the evening before, with a surcharge, ia available a buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, individual air conditioning and heating system are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the palace there are 2 floors and there is not a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All apartments are very quiet, private and romantic; also with canal wiev.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Apartments are fully equipped with linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartments have not got a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some apartments have a balcony with wiev on the canal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All apartments have satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All apartments have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All apartments have individual air conditioning and heating system with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the property there is a free Internet Point.
  All apartments have free ADSL high speed Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At Piazzale Roma (car terminal of historic centre of Venice) there are a lot of garages, at 3 minutes walking from Residence Palazzo Odoni.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car at Piazzale Roma (3 minutes walking from Residence Palazzo Odoni).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo Venice Airport (13Km) or Treviso Airport (30 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia (10 minutes walking from Residence Palazzo Odoni).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola Station is at San Toma' (about 5 minutes walking from Residence Palazzo Odoni).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Piazzale Roma (3 minutes walking) or San Toma' (5 minutes walking)
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi station is at Piazzale Roma (3 minutes walking), but water taxi can arrive also at Residence Palazzo Odoni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All apartments have Jacuzzi bathtube.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All apartments have free ADSL high speed Internet connection.
