    Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
    Check-out: before 11.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

    Yes, heating is included.

    English, French, German, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have rooms at the ground floor and at the first floor. There is no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The hotel is very quiet and all rooms are very romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide everything.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, the rooms have not a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We have one room with the balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are no smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    The rooms are provided with satellite Tv.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone in all rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are central air conditioned and there is no extra charge.

    We serve only breakfast in the breakfast room.

    All rooms are provided with internet connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, a swimming pool is not available.

    No, there is not parking.

    At "Piazzale Roma".
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venezia Airport "Marco Polo".
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, fFrom the airport there are private water taxi directly till the landing stage in front of the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Venezia "Santa Lucia".
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The Gondula station is only 3 minute walk far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The spot is called San Silvestro. It is a three minutes walk with no bridges in between, following the indication for campo San Polo.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    The water taxi landing stage is in front of us.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    One room has a jacuzzi bath tub.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only small sizes are welcome.

    No, thre is not a restaurant.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can connect your modem.
