For late cancellation and no show, first night stay will be charged on your credit card. Prepaid/Non Refundable rates: no changes or cancellations allowed. Your credit card will be charged at booking time. Starting from 24 August 2011 the Venice City Council will be introducing a City tax to be settled by guests upon check-out.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
